Experiences: I am currently a teacher for Seminole County Public Schools. This school year I taught first grade and in the fall I will be teaching kindergarten. In 2011, I began my career teaching and helping children as a speech and language clinician. I provided speech and language services to children from kindergarten to high school age. I've also had the privilege to work with children with varying exceptionalities ranging from ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder to Down Syndrome. In 2013, I began working as a classroom teacher in kindergarten. I love what I do. It is one of the best feelings in the world, for me and my students, when they have those "ah-ha" moments; when things just come together and they finally get it all of a sudden. Watching them grow and guiding them along the way academically and emotionally are the greatest parts of what I do.
